Brandon Tuley possesses broad records management experience gained through his work with a variety of industries. His experience includes creating, modifying, and simplifying records retention schedules and policies. Brandon’s expertise also involves the synthesis and summarization of privacy laws and the impact they have on an organization’s information and records, including nuances surrounding associated ancillary handling requirements. Prior to joining the Consulting division, he gained experience conducting research specific to records retention across dozens of jurisdictions. He is a CIPP/E, and is also licensed to practice law in Colorado.
