Susan Carlson is the Director of the Records and Information Management Program for the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS). She is a Certified Records Manager with a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. Currently, she is the President of the North Dakota Chapter of ARMA.
Susan has worked for the University of North Dakota for over 36 years and started the SMHS RIM Program. Initially, focusing on paper records to building a solid RIM foundation and now moving the SMHS to electronic records.
