Legal Assistant — Full Time/Part Time
Zasio, a leader in information governance software, SaaS, and consulting, seeks a full-time or part-time Legal Assistant to support our Consulting and legal teams at our Boise office.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support legal research by validating currency of citations
- Data entry
- Organize and schedule client meetings via Teams
- Client project support including detailed notetaking
- Ad-hoc projects
Desired Skills:
- Legal field experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and business communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Ability to work well with little supervision
- Strict attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive / mundane tasks
- Proactive and resourceful
- Self-motivated
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role REQUIRED.
- Must be fluent in MS Office.
- Provide excellent references.
- Legal research experience is a plus.
