Administrative Assistant — Full Time/Part Time

Zasio, a leader in information governance software, SaaS, and consulting, seeks a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to support our Consulting and legal teams at our Boise office.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Data entry in Microsoft and software
  • Front desk facing position
  • Organize and schedule client meetings via Teams
  • Client project support including detailed notetaking
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Quality review support
  • Support legal research by validating currency of citations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and business communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Ability to work well with little supervision
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive / mundane tasks
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Self-motivated
  • Legal field interest

 Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role REQUIRED
  2. Must be fluent in MS Office
  3. Provide excellent references
  4. Legal research experience is a plus
