Part-Time Legal / Administrative Assistant

Zasio seeks a part-time in-office Legal/Administrative Assistant to support our Consulting and legal teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Data entry
  • Support legal research by validating currency of citations
  • Organize and schedule client meetings via Teams
  • Client project support including detailed notetaking
  • Ad-hoc projects

Required Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and business communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
  • Ability to work well with little supervision
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive/mundane tasks
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Self-motivated
  • Legal research experience or familiarity
