Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use zasio.com, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, captions, or magnification. This page says what we aim for, where we are today, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment

Zasio aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across zasio.com.

Status: partially conformant. Most of the site meets that standard, but some content does not fully conform yet. The known gaps are listed below.

What we have done

  • Tested every page with automated tools and by keyboard.
  • Added pause controls to video and animation that moves on its own.
  • Added a skip link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content.
  • Made the keyboard focus visible on every link, button, and field.
  • Fixed text colours that did not have enough contrast with their background.
  • Made form errors announce themselves to screen readers and move focus to the field that needs attention.
  • Cleaned up the markup in older articles carried over from our previous site.
  • Added an automated accessibility check that runs before every release.

Known limitations

  • Captions for some of our older videos are still in progress.
  • Recordings embedded from YouTube use YouTube's own player and captions, which we do not control.
  • Some older archived articles and downloadable PDFs may not fully conform.
  • The customer portal (myportal.zasio.com) is a separate application and is not covered by this statement.

If you need any of this content in another format, ask us and we will help.

Tell us about a barrier

If you have trouble using any part of zasio.com, please let us know. Tell us the page and what got in the way, and we will work on a fix or get you the information another way.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
