What your whole company can do

Look up retention, instantly

Search and browse the retention schedule, see the detail behind each title, and keep favorites — so policy questions stop landing in your inbox.

Request what they need

Find boxes and files, request retrievals and pickups, and submit new-box requests — without touching the records system itself.

Propose changes, with governance

Business users submit schedule change requests; your authorizers review, approve, or reject them — every step on the record.

The new CWA portal — launching now

The next generation of CWA unifies retention and physical-records self-service in one modern web portal: one search across schedules and records, cart-based retrieval, legal citation research, and destruction sign-off routed to the business users who own the records. It carries your branding — down to the pre-login screen — is engineered to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility guidelines, is multi-language-ready, and signs in with Microsoft Entra ID. It's launching now; ask us and we'll show it to you today.

Box search in the new CWA portal: a results grid of stored boxes with box numbers, barcodes, titles like 'Fuel Tax Records 2022', descriptions, records-center locations, and status chips — with checkboxes to select boxes for retrieval

Find the box. Request it like a cart.

Anyone can search boxes in storage — by company, department, box number, barcode, or keyword — see location and status at a glance, then select what they need and submit a retrieval request. It works like an online checkout, from any screen.

Filters your records team would recognize

Department trees, box-number ranges, user box numbers — power search, without the training.

Location and status, visible

Every result shows its records center and status, so requests go in with eyes open.

New change request form in the new CWA portal: company and requester fields, a required reason with the hint 'Why is this change needed? This becomes the first entry in the request's log', and type options to request by schedules or by countries

Retention changes, on the record

Business users propose a change to retention schedules — pick the schedules or countries it touches, give the reason, and submit. From there it moves through review, authorization, and approval — every step on the record.

The log starts at the reason

The required reason becomes the first entry in the request's log, so the paper trail begins before the change does.

By schedule or by country

Change specific schedules, or request by jurisdiction — the same governed path either way.

Give the other 95% of your company a records portal.
