We are thrilled to reflect on our 2023 accomplishments and share highlights of Zasio’s unwavering commitment to our customers and employees. Our software, development, consulting, and research teams worked hard to deliver the industry’s best solutions.

And that’s going to continue in 2024.

Here’s a quick snapshot of another fantastic year!

Software: Earlier in the year, our software and development teams updated our Versatile Express and Versatile Professional programs (now version 5.3). They also released companion updates to Versatile Import and Versatile Mobile Package.

This paved the way for our initial release of Versatile 2023 with Retention Management for SaaS, followed closely by the on-premises version. The year ended with a preview release for Versatile 2023 with Physical Records Management. “Laying this core groundwork will accelerate our progress in 2024 as we finish the physical records management with standard functionality and then complete the journey by going full force with releasing Versatile’s advanced features,” Zasio’s software support team said.

Consulting: Zasio’s Consulting division celebrated a fantastic 2023 full of triumphs with numerous successful partnerships! We welcomed new analyst Jake Naylor and several members of the team earned new IG and privacy-related certifications. Ranging from routine client RIM/IG program projects to novel and evolving pain points, the division successfully supported an unprecedented number of existing and new partnerships through growth and versatility. Consulting is excited at the prospect of 2024 and new things to come!
